Get in touch with the natural intelligence and resources of your subconscious mind
Hi, I ,m Patrish.
I’m here to help you access your inherent subconscious healing abilities, and to re-train outdated and limiting mental patterns. Now you can learn how to release the pain and the emotional energy that is trapped in behavior patterns that no longer serve you.
Let me show you how it works . . .
In addition to taking care of all of your bodily functions, the subconscious mind also keeps a record of everything that has ever happened to you in your life! Think of it like a huge library of underground files. Many of the patterns that give us trouble today were created when we were young.
By accessing these files, we can bring the learning and wisdom of a mature adult to heal and update young beliefs and automatic patterns that cause us problems today.
This is where I come in.
One of the most powerful ways to access these memories and patterns is through Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Life Coaching.
Since all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, my role is to help you relax your mind and body, through a process similar to guided meditation. In this relaxed state, I will guide you to work with your subconscious mind in order to help you resolve areas of concern to you, for your own highest benefit.
Perhaps you think you cannot be hypnotized!
Well, what if we have all already been hypnotized?
- Before about the age of 8, we do not have any analytical, critical thinking ability – so, we believe what the Big people tell us – the good, the bad, and the ugly.
- We develop patterns of behavior that are age-appropriate and ‘work’ for us at the time. These patterns become subconscious and persist.
- We grow-up but we don’t out-grow all of these young patterns.
- That’s the trance. We were very suggestible. We believed the Big people. Those beliefs and patterns got saved, and now…
- When something similar happens today, we react with an old pattern. We are not present – you could say we are in a trance.
Here are some ways this might show up for you:
- You hear yourself say “That’s just the way I am”.
- You find it hard to make a decision, and then you second-guess yourself.
-
You are ‘of two minds’, and one sabotages the other
-
You are self-critical.
-
You do not receive compliments well.
-
You take care of others and neglect yourself.
